2000 Viking 55 Convertible

The 55’ Viking Convertible Sportfish is one of the most popular models Viking has ever made. The proven hull design makes this luxurious sport fisher/cruiser ready to take on any adventure. The current owner has cruised extensively through the Greek Islands, before shipping the boat back to Florida to be sold.

With 3 staterooms and 2 heads, the versatile layout allows for comfortable cruising. The saloon area includes a galley with a three-burner glass stovetop, (6) Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer drawers, and a convection/microwave. Across from the galley is a dinette A large L-shaped leather sofa in the salon is a comfortable spot for lounging. Below, heading to the guest berths is a full-sized stacked washer and dryer. On the starboard side, there is a guest suite with two bunks, with a door accessing a shared head featuring a Vacuflush toilet, shower, and Corian counter with sink. To port is the master suite with a queen-sized island berth, lots of storage, and an ensuite with a Vacuflush head and stall shower.

Moving forward is another guest suite with a double berth to starboard and an upper single berth to port, allowing for maximum flexibility in sleeping arrangements.

The engine room is accessed from the cockpit and provides good access to all sides of the twin MAN 1200HP motors.

The flybridge with a hard top is accessed via a ladder from the cockpit and has a rear helm station with (2) Stidd helm chairs and a 2-sided isinglass enclosure around the helm. Forward of the helm is an L-shaped seating area for guests, with a built-in cooler box.

While the current owner doesn’t fish her, everything is in place to add a fighting chair and then go fishing. The flybridge, with hard-top, is expansive, with (2) Stidd helm chairs and updated Garmin Navionics.
